Designed as a support tool, for problem tracking and trouble shooting, may be used as well as a discussion forum system. ST@FF supports level structured access controll, keywords definition and assignment, and different ways of searching. Does not require a dedicated DB and multiple instances may be run even on the same website. Originally developped in perl (V1), using the native filesystem as repository (no DB support), it has been enhanced (V2) for MySQL database support.
It has been rewritten in PHP (V3), introducing some restyling of the user interface (originally designed for a technical environment).
